Minnesota Academy of Science Starry Gazing
No that is not a typo...just a bad pun. The Minnesota Academy of Science is calling for volunteers to help across the state as they survey lakes for starry stonewart, an invasive species of algae first found in Minnestota's Lake Koronis in 2015. There will be opportunities to volunteer in two of metro counties: Ramsey and Dakota. You can register to help out here.
